หมูสามชั้น 2 ขีด

กุ้งแห้ง 1 ขีด

ปลาหมึกแห้ง 1 ขีด

เต้าหู้แข็ง 2 แผ่น

ซีอิ๊วดำ 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ

น้ำตาลทราย 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ

ถั่วงอก 2 ขีด

คะน้า 2 ต้น

น้ำซุป 4 ถ้วย

ต้นหอม ผักชีหั่นฝอย 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ

พริกชี้ฟ้า 5 เม็ด

น้ำมันพืช 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ

ซอสปรุงรส 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ

กระเทียมเจียว พริกน้ำส้ม

วิธีทำก๋วยเตี๋ยวหลอดทรงเครื่อง

1. เต้าหู้ล้างให้สะอาด หั่นเป็นชิ้นบางๆ

2. หมูสามชั้นล้างแล้วหั่นเป็นชิ้นเล็กๆ ปลาหมึกหั่นฝอย

3. นำน้ำซุปขึ้นตั้งบนเตา ใส่เต้าหู้ หมูสามชั้น ปลาหมึก ปรุงรสด้วยน้ำตาล ซอสปรุงรส ซีอิ๊วดำ พอเดือดตักขึ้นพักไว้

4. ตัดเส้นก๋วยเตี๋ยวให้เป็นเส้นขนาดใหญ่ นึ่งให้ร้อน ลวกถั่วงอก และคะน้าพอสุก
