สูตรอาหาร – สลัดแตงไข่ยางมะตูม

ส่วนผสม สลัดแตงไข่ยางมะตูม (สำหรับ 1-2 ที่)

แตงญี่ปุ่นขูดเส้น 1 ลูก ไข่ต้มยางมะตูม 1-2 ฟอง

น้ำส้มสายชู 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ น้ำมันงา 1 ช้อนชา

น้ำตาลทราย 1-2 ช้อนชา ซอสมิโซะ 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ

เกลือ 1/2 ช้อนชา สาหร่ายแบบผง/เส้นสำหรับ

โรยแต่งหน้า 1-2 ช้อนโต๊ะ ชีสพาร์มีซานขูดตามชอบ

วิธีทำสลัดแตงไข่ยางมะตูม

1. ผสมน้ำสมสายชู น้ำมันงา เกลือ น้ำตาลและซอสมิโซะเข้าด้วยกัน ชิมรสตามชอบจากนั้น นำไปเคล้า กับแตงญี่ปุ่นที่ขูดเป็นเส้น

2.จัดใส่จานแล้วโรยหน้าด้วยชีสพาร์มีซานและสาหร่าย แห้งแบบที่เป็นผงหรือเส้นก็ได้เสิร์ฟพร้อมไข่ยางมะตูม
